Where are you based?
In Girona, a really beautiful city in Spain. It's right next to Barcelona.

Will you restock sold-out items?
I don't usually restock what is sold out because I'm always trying to launch new cool products and try new materials, items and variety.
BUT! If it is a best seller or something that you guys really love, I'm willing to do a restock of those certain items. (੭˃ᴗ˂)੭
Are your stickers waterproof?
YES! I LOVE WATERPROOF STICKERS. I usually order them also with thick vinyl material.
But, I'm always trying to find the best quality and working with several suppliers, so the quality might be slightly different. I also do have a few non waterproof stickers which are from past collections from years ago. Every sticker has it's details on the product specifications.
How long will it take to receive my order?
♡ National orders (SPAIN): 3 - 5 days
♡ International orders (EUROPE): 7 - 14 days
♡ International orders (WORLDWIDE): 7 - 20+ days
All certified letters include a tracking number and require signature upon delivery.
⚠️ In some cases, especially outside of Europe, delivery times may be extended by up to 30 business days or more due to customs, strikes, or local postal congestion.
⚠️ Please note that you might have to pay your country's taxes for international orders.
Do you collaborate with influencers or artists?
I'm always willing to do colabs and cool projects with other artists/influencers. But I really have to make space in my schedule, please contact me if you are willing to do a colab.

Where do you ship from?
📍From where I am located: Girona, Spain
Do you ship internationally/worldwide?
Yes I do! Doesn't matter where you are from that you can receive my products. ♡
However, please note that you might have to pay your country's taxes.
FOR US CUSTOMERS: shipping to US is temporarily paused due to the new importation TAXES until we find a better solution. Stay tuned for updates, love ya.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends. You can get an estimated cost right before placing your order, after filling your delivery information.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Every order includes a tracking number so you feel secure.
Tracking number will be available once I ship the order and it will be included in your order details.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Please, if you have any issue involving your order status contact me right away. We'll figure it out.
What shipping method and company do you use?
I send all my packages with the spanish delivery company CORREOS.
I use certified mail for all the packages, that means that you get a tracking number, so you can see where's your package,
and require signature upon delivery, to confirm that you have received your order successfully.
Certified mail is more expensive but it's worth paying the price so we don't have any trouble with the shipping.
🌎 FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
CORREOS handles the shipping within Spain. Once your order reaches your country, your local postal service takes over.
Do you offer express or expedited shipping?
Not for now. I use the default certified mail, which is faster than the ordinary mail that doesn't include tracking number.
Don't worry, the shipping method I use is quite fast and includes a tracking number.

My item arrived damaged—what can I do?
Please, contact me as soon as possible providing me with images of the damaged item/s.
What if my order gets returned?
Regardless of the reason, if your package gets returned to me, first of all we'll figure the issue out (Wrong adress, adress misspelling, underivelable...)
If you want your order to be re-sent you will have to take care of additonal shipping costs, taxes and fees that your order might have.
Do you offer replace/refund for lost packages?
All orders include a personal tracking number. After you sign that you have received your order, it's your responsability as the customer, meaning that you have sucessfully received your package.
However, if the package gets lost we can discuss what options are available, everything depends on the situation.
What is the refund/return policy?
📆 You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it, exchange it or be refunded.
📦 Return shipping costs is your responsibility as the customer (thank you for understanding!).
🧾Delivery fees are not reimbursable, just the product price amount.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can check all the payment methods before placing your order. There's a variety of paying methods, so you'll find what fits best for you. ♡
Is my payment information secure?
OF COURSE! Don't be afraid because your payment information is totally safe. Shopify takes your information with care.
Do you offer personalized messages?
I always try to do some doodles and personalized messages!
But if you are looking to make a gift to someone special, please leave a note in the order descripton explaining the situation so I can prepare the most special gift! 💌
Why are your products cheapear at markets & cons?
Shopping online sometimes involves extra costs that help us cover unexpected situations — like lost packages, higher-than-expected shipping fees, or other issues that might come up during delivery.
These types of risks don't exist at markets or conventions, where everything happens in person and you receive your items right away.
That’s why online prices may be a bit higher — to make sure every order is handled safely and fairly. 𖹭
